Key Responsibilities

  1.   Enter and update daily data with high accuracy.
  2. Prepare regular reports (daily / weekly / monthly) using Excel . 
  3. Organize data and ensure its accuracy against supporting documents. 
  4. Handle tables, formulas, and formatting in Excel. 
  5.  Maintain electronic filing of data and records.
  6.  Collaborate with different departments to provide required data on time.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures. 

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any field) . 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. 
  •   Ability to create organized reports and structured spreadsheets.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous work experience is not required; skills are the priority.

Skills & Competencies

  1.   Excel (tables, formulas, formatting, reports).
  2.   Fast and accurate data entry.
  3.   Basic communication skills.
  4.   Quick learner and able to work in a team.
